My wife and I were interested in building a new house, so we drove through some neighborhoods and found several built by Byrne Homes that really impressed us. We contacted several builders in the area, but went back to the first one we chose – Bryne Homes.
This is the fourth house my wife and I have lived in, and the third home that we’ve built. Tim Byrne was by far the easiest to work with, the most personable, and very laid-back. With Tim, we felt very comfortable that he wasn’t trying to overcharge us. He was very cost-conscious and never as extravagant as far as pricing goes.
We especially appreciated the fact that Tim listened to our plans and took all of our thoughts into consideration. He was flexible when we changed our plans, and made a lot of alterations to the original ideas without adding extra charges.
The building process was fairly simple – we looked at other display homes and got ideas, and then worked 1-on-1 with Tim to discuss the appropriate choices for our wants, needs and budget. We really enjoyed the personal builder/buyer connection that we felt with Tim…everything ran so smoothly!
If I were ever going to build another house, I would definitely build with Byrne Homes. In less than 3.5 months our 5,3000 square foot house was completely finished, which was actually less time than Tim quoted us for. Overall, we were pleased to have such a super fantastic experience with Bryne Homes!”
